Bogdan was professional and arrived on time. He communicated well but his findings from the diagnostic check were inconclusive. It’s was left up to me to decide how to proceed. I found the cost excessive for what ended up being diagnostic, some cleaning fluid and running a software setting via the diagnostic tool that couldn’t be done from within the car so the car could clean itself - in total circa £350 with what was described as a 50:50 chance of fixing the issue.
