Bogdan was very knowledgeable regarding the range rover dpf. He was very professional and courteous. Would definitely use him again.

My mechanic Bogdan was great - friendly, helpful and gave me a thorough run-down of the pre-purchase inspection over the phone. However, the customer service from the Click Mechanic Team was non-existent. They would not lift a finger to help despite spending my hard-earned cash on one of their premier products for the second time in the space of a few weeks. Like so many companies, once they have your money they couldn't care less.

Great - shall be using him again for sure. Personable and kept me up to date with the progress of the car

Bogdan was excellent, took his time diagnosing diligently, isolated each possibility, with a root cause found. Thanks!

Bogdan was great, what a lovely person he is. Didn’t realise this type of service was available. It made getting an MOT and service so easy! Highly recommend 100%

Bogdan was late for the appointment due to his busy schedule but got straight down to the task. Taking on board what had already been tried, he performed a diagnostic and summarised two possibilities causing my problem. Clearly his expertise with Ford paid off as the faulty component was identified. He provided a detailed explanation of his verdict, confirming it by a physical examination of my car dpf unit.

Bogdan was very helpful, explaining everything and doing a great job. Suggesting further work might be needed and showing me a pic on his phone of the problem.
