Bogdan was great. There was a challenge in carrying out some of the work requested but he was very clear on the issue and what needed to be done and was able to complete the rest of the work appropriately and quickly. Very polite, helpful and communicative.

The mechanic phoned me to let me know that the part required had to be ordered and that the work would be carried out later that day than planned. I received a text later on that they had the part and soon after he arrived to do the work. Once completed I was shown the work that has been done. I am happy with the work and the mechanic is friendly and let me know what was going on.
