Absolute rubbish. Paid £230. On Saturday only to have exactly the same fault by Monday morning. I'd driven approx 10 miles...£230 to drive 10 miles...! Emailed and was basically fobbed off being told the mechanic had done his job..!
So that Friday i had another company come and look at the van.
Here's his report. (Somehow the other mechanic had missed)

Customer is happy to proceed with the recommended repairs and installation is scheduled to take place within the next few days.

The investigation confirmed that the DPF fault was not solely caused by the condition of the filter itself, but by a failure within the vehicle’s Eolys additive system.

The empty additive tank and failed pump meant the vehicle was unable to correctly manage soot levels or carry out effective regenerations. As a result, the DPF would continue to block regardless of cleaning performed.

Based on the faults identified during inspection, the emissions system had not been fully diagnosed prior to the previous DPF cleaning being carried out. A full inspection of the complete emissions and additive system should have identified the failed additive system components at that stage.

Without repairing the underlying Eolys system fault, any DPF cleaning carried out would only provide temporary or limited improvement before the warning light and regeneration faults returned.
