Bogdan was AMAZING. Very friendly and informative. I explained the situation to him regarding the engine light and the fault code regarding the glow plug. He got them removed in super fast time (with ease) and kindly showed me my old glow plugs and the reason why the fault had come on. He went on to show me the other 3, all of which had deteriorated, and then proceeded to replace all 4. He was completed in about 20 minutes. I explained how difficult it was to find a local garage who would do the job, and my concerns about being ripped off (as i had done in the past).
I had also text him to revise the address location as i had been unable to book the day off - he promptly responded and confirmed this was ok (I work round the corner from where i live). Really friendly and helpful, provided a pre sales report that was clear, concise and gave me really helpful feedback and advice.
He was running late due to vehicle issues of his own unfortunately - it happens to all of us, but he contacted me to let me know when he could get there.
He also gave me a call after sending the report which was great, he explained in detail, very knowledgeable.

Bogdan was amazing, punctual, great communication, and honest, as he could fix the problem, but didnt let ego get in the way, and try to fix the issue as ut may of caused more damage. Would recommend

Bogdan was on time, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. Cleared all codes and explained what was done and what might be needed in the future. I’ve not been far in my car yet, but the miles I’ve done feel much better than it was. I’m hoping it lasts. I’d definitely recommend Bogdan as a mechanic

Mechanic was very friendly but unfortunately wasn’t able to fix the problem as the car had electrical faults and the mechanic wasn’t able to do anything so my car is still I driveable and I can’t take it to a near by garage because it doesn’t start and wasted £75 which I could have spent towing it to a garage

Bogdan was very efficient and polite. He replaced my discs and brake pads and I was very pleased with the work. He was very friendly and explained everything to me before he left. He recommended that I need new calipers so I will be more than happy to have Bogden again to do the work .
