Mechanic was booked for 8am - 10am slot - turned up at 11am. Full service booked with 70 point checks - kept and eye on him via my driveway CCTV camera and could see that none of the exterior and underbody checks were performed. He had no stamp for the service book. After he left, I inspected the undertray, and can see that it is now hanging loose at the back - one of the screws are missing. Really disappointing, won't book again.

Ryan was great. Called me when he was outside. Checked the car and thankfully it was only what i thought it was and nothing more. No extra costs which ryan was very truthful about. Would 100% use click mechanic and ryan again. Very happy with the result😀
