Avoid at all costs. I was invoiced for brand-new safety-critical parts (clutch pedal and master cylinder), but the mechanic fitted a used/second-hand pedal instead. This was admitted by the mechanic and confirmed by the ClickMechanic mediator, Paul. Most alarmingly, when I challenged the fraud, the mechanic made written threats to attend my property/garage to reinstall 'broken' parts that 'will not work'—stating the car would become a 'ton of scrap'. A mechanic who threatens to intentionally sabotage vehicle safety to avoid a refund is a danger to the public. This matter is now a formal criminal investigation with Action Fraud (Ref: RF26040221253C) and Trading Standards (Ref: CCA-7083106). Barclays has also suspended the transaction for a full Section 75 claim.

Nic was superb. He was late but he contacted me to tell me why and gave me his ETA which was very good. The really important bit was that he sorted out my poorly car and got me back on the road in about 15 minutes! Nic was very personable and it was lovely to have a good chat with him while he sorted my car out. Top work fella.

Wry honest guy Dan is , asked for brake pads front and rear , rear where done and replaced , but he advised me front pads where ok , saved me £150 , top man

Razvan was brilliant, rang me the day before to check everything was ok and told me what time he would arrive. On the day he arrived on time, checked the car over and start his job. Within 2 hours he finished his job. He sent me the photos of the work that was done. I would definitely recommend Razvan and would use him again.

Picked car up when they said. Had a call back within 2 hours about their findings. Agreed to have work carried out and price agreed. Returned when they said it would be.

He was very helpful and done what was asked would recommended. You could use more Mechanics like him to be honest.

I have zero complaints with the work carried out. Unfortunately my vehicle did fail its MOT, but I have corrected the issue and will be taking the vehicle in tomorrow morning to get a MOT thumbs up. Very professional and transparent, ticked all the right boxes.

Friendly and super knowledgeable. Informative but not in a derogatory way as some can be. A very young man...dont be worried! ....super professional and really explained what he was doing and what needed to be done.
