Charlie was punctual. Friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the fault and the correction process. Which iwill follow n due course. A very pleasant man who came across as genuine which makes a lovely change.

I was quite happy with the work Charlie the mechanic carried out in changing the coolant in the engine
as i thought the engine was over heating at 90 degrees, but later found out on a website that the polo runs at 90 degrees in the summer.

Charlie was great! He rang to confirm he had done the inspection on the car and went through what was in the report. I was very pleased as I was then able to go back to the dealer and highlight issues that I wanted fixed before I would purchase the car - all issued were dealt with and the car is now mine!
