Charlie was extremely knowledgable about the possible car issues. His explanation of cause of issue was clear and understandable, even for those who have little mechanical car knowledge.. Charlie then explained the processes he would go through to gain more information. Once diagnosis was completed, once again he was clear in his explanation of what had been discovered.
