The work was completed even before the time slot for arrival had expired. I am vary happy with the work that was done. Charlie was informative as the work proceeded which I found reassuring.

Charlie quickly diagnosed the problem with my car and quoted for the necessary additional work. I felt that it was a fair price and booked the job, the parts were a little more tricky to locate and the job was delayed a couple of times but I was fully kept in the loop through out. Overall very happy with the service and I would use again.

Charlie arrived in good time, not long after 8 am start time of the allocated slot. He did the service in good time, told me he expected it to take 45 minutes and that he would be test driving it. He was very friendly and courteous. He explained about an extra issue he found and forwarded a quote for that repair if I want to accept it.
