Charlie went above and beyond to fix a faulty part that a previous garage had installed, great work and he kept me updated all the way.

Charlie rang me on arrival , polite friendly and professional, knew exactly what needed doing and just got straight down to it spot on , job done in approx 1 hour explained everything to me also gave some handy tips etc on the way top bloke . Always sceptical about using an untried mechanic had no problem with him or his work , it’s always nice to be confident in recommending someone but with Charlie I will have no problem doing so for sure . If he carries on this way he’s going to be a very busy young man good on him 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Yes. Charlie turned up and did a good job replacing the glow plugs quickly. At the end, he offered a firm handshake and eye contact - a rarity these days and appreciated.
