Charlie was great! He rang to confirm he had done the inspection on the car and went through what was in the report. I was very pleased as I was then able to go back to the dealer and highlight issues that I wanted fixed before I would purchase the car - all issued were dealt with and the car is now mine!

Yes. Charlie turned up and did a good job replacing the glow plugs quickly. At the end, he offered a firm handshake and eye contact - a rarity these days and appreciated.
