Excellent work and correspondence from Charlie. He was adaptable to timings and would accommodate my requests.

Charlie turned up on time, and was polite at the of introduction at the door. All works were clearly explained to me (in simple terms so a non-mechanic like myself understood the process). All works completed within the alloted time frame.
Would happily use Charlie for other mechanical works that come up
