Simon was friendly but the job wasn't done. Cleaning the DPF first knowing that the exhaust pressure pipe is fully blocked with carbon is just useless job. Agreed to finish the job 2 days later, the mechanic didn't show up, agreed to finish the job after 7 days, the mechanic never showed up. Disappointed.
