Simon was brilliant, arrived bang on time, gave me loads of information and was happy to answer any questions I had , could not fault him , in fact if anything he went above and beyond with his time and information especially. will definitely be requesting Simon if I need to use clickmechanic in the future.

Mechanic was friendly and knowledgable. He did work and tests on vehicle and tried to get it started. He worked in freezing conditions changing the starter and unfortunately did not get car running. He even said sorry he could not get it started. Another issue as he did some tests and then said it may have to go to a garage for further checks.

Simon was a nice fella but was disappointed that he didn’t respond to my messages about replacing my battery which was still under warranty
