Simon kept me informed re arrival and whilst there was a delay from original booking date this was down to parts availability. He has fixed the issue quickly and efficiently - if something crops up in future I will be sure to get in touch with him!

Brilliant job, called ahead to let me know exactly what time they would arrive and all work done very quickly, highly recommend.

Simon was friendly but the job wasn't done. Cleaning the DPF first knowing that the exhaust pressure pipe is fully blocked with carbon is just useless job. Agreed to finish the job 2 days later, the mechanic didn't show up, agreed to finish the job after 7 days, the mechanic never showed up. Disappointed.
