Yes Simon was very friendly.. And was very professional in his approach.... He tried his very best.. And carried out loads of checks but had to tell me.. The van engine was in a bad way...and it's clutch was at end of life also. The news I didn't want to hear.. But it was the truth.. At least I know. And will decide what the next move for me is..

I also messaged him a day later, on a Friday evening, about a fault he had found. His response was prompt and informative. Would highly recommend him, especially for someone in my situation, where I was unable to view the car personally and frankly doesn't know much about cars.
