Simon rang once he discovered the computer system had double booked him, he offered to come out later in the day and was here for a couple of hrs, Was pleasant and seemed very knowledgable about his job-work was completed and car taken for a test drive-would definately use him again

Yes the mechanic that called out was Simon and he immediately spotted the issue and although ultimately it could not be fixed 100% he carried out a full DPF regeneration and informed me of the next steps available to get the job completed

Simon was great, although the seller said he only turned up at 7 PM. It would have been nice to get a bit more detail in the report on all the faults he found.
