Outstanding, informative and very well prepared, highly recommended. Arrived to do Cambelt and explained clearly why water pump change is also recommended, gave me plenty of time to decide, showed me why it is recommended in terms of where the parts are located in the engine bay and had brought the part in readiness for me to choose it or not but with no pressure to do so.

James was very honest when dealing with my car and found that there was more than one problem with the car. He advised that even if he would carry out the work I ordered for the car it wouldn't fix the problem of it not moving
