James was booked in to replace my cambelt and waterpump on my Chevrolet orlando ltz He arrived on time and did a perfect job. He was very pleasant and a very tidy worker too, very professional and is an excellent communicator, told me a few things i did not know about my car, did not stop, and carried on untill the job was done, 5 stars for this guy!! James contacted me soon after I posted my request. He had previous experience of a timing chain and so I was reassured. He arrived on time and we discussed the issue. Notably, he was keen to know that I was certain that the work needed doing. He wasn't about to charge me for an unnecessary job. I went to work and left him to it, and a few hours later had a call to confirm that he had made the repair. My lovely car now drives like a dream, and I genuinely think I've saved hundreds on garage fees. James is a complete gent and a really likeable chap.
