Brilliant service — Shaun was absolutely fantastic!

I cannot recommend Shaun highly enough for cleaning my DPF filter. He came right to my home which was so convenient and saved me the hassle of driving to a garage or being without my car all day. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, polite, and incredibly professional — he explained exactly what he was going to do, talked me through the whole process, and answered every single question I had clearly and patiently.

I needed am emergency replacement water pump fitted as I was off on holiday the next day , my local garage was fully booked as were all other garages I contacted. First time I have ever used Click Mechanic who I thought were excellent every part of the process was simple and carried out to a high standard.

The mechanic was very good and no complaints at all , the only downside was the cost £60 more than the RAC mobile mechanic but they were unable to offer their service on the day required so a small price to pay .

Shaun was great, easy to talk to, friendly etc.
Advised me of any issues he spotted with the car, and completed the service and droplink replacement with no issues.
Will 100 percent request Shaun again in the future!

Shaun from Auto Demons was brilliant. Was booked in for 4pm but he had a cancellation so offered to come earlier at 9am. He turned up at the new time punctually, was very friendly and professional. He did as much as he could to help diagnose the issue. Whilst he wasn't able to fix the car there and then, his advice was spot on and I was able to quickly and cheaply fix the issue the next day. 10 out of 10, would definitely use this service and Shaun again.
