He was transparent and communicated very well. He did the job so well and fast, I was shocked.

Shaun was really helpful and friendly. Kept me updated with messages about his expected arrival time, arrived when he'd said he would, dealt with the fact I had lost my wheel locking nut thingy, came back with all the stuff to fix my car, and fixed it very well. It feels so much nicer to drive now, as well as safer! Would definitely recommend, I am so happy and relieved!

Yes, I was VERY happy with the service from Stuart. He called me the day before to let me know what he would be doing, and kept me informed all the way through. He was messed about a bit by the vendor, but kept calm, waited and eventually met him. He was very thorough with his inspection, and found things on the car we had not been told about. He also inspected the log book, and managed to find out it was not the right name or address as the vendor, and we discussed this with Stuart, and things didn't seem to add up.
