Great service. Provided video / picture updates. The price was cheaper by 40% compared to conventional garages. I registered my issue on Friday and they had fixed / replaced my clutch by Sunday afternoon. Don’t ever leave reviews was very happy here. Highly recommend

Unfortunately didn't ask the name of the two gentlemen who did the job. But they were punctual, pleasant and very efficient..they even waited quite a bit for me as I'd left to run a quick errand and wasn't at home when they arrived. Brilliant. Will use again.

He was friendly and carried out his work responsibly. I originally contacted clickmechanics to report a tyre pressure sensor failure that had been installed last November 2025. It came as no surprise when he said the sensor had failed. I am expecting a replacement within the statutory 12 month guarantee. I feel aggrieved to have had to pay £77 for an assessment.

First time user of click mechanic and found it easy to find what service I needed and booked a home visit. The mechanic arrived and went straight to work and completed the oil change with efficiency and everything left tidy and clean.

So the guy who came was a nice man but was told he would be there before 1700 then was told he was running late 1800 then he came at 1930 then within 15 mins he put his machine in and cleared the DRC code then it came back then he cleared it again and it didn’t I told him about the rattling when starting up and a bit shaking when idling he said it was fine. So 1 week later light has came on again with fault code I have spoken with a repair garage which I will book in with and they are 90% sure it’s the timing chain and this could cost me £1500-£2000 and not to drive my car as it cause catostrophic failure.
I am so angry that I paid £82 which was £72 for the diagnostic and £10 for the mechanic to come out which he was late. For him to clear a code and not identify the problem sooner what a waste of money and pointless service I will never use again. Read more
