Volkswagen Golf Diagnostic Inspection

The visit was a waste of money. I had clearly stated my problem , which was with the cruise control radar on my VW Golf. The mechanic who arrived was not a VW specialist and did not have the right software to analyse the problem. He left after 20 minutes with nothing achieved. He should not have accepted the job in the first place. I am very disappointed and consider I am owed a refund.

I’m sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your service I am able to re calibrate the adaptive cruise control on a Volkswagen however there is a fault with your radar in your front bumper I advised you that you will need to have the radar replaced then the cruise control system can be re calibrated
