Friendly and arrived early which was great. Able to quickly identify issue and reassure me car was safe to drive

He was very timely and polite. Work was completed on time and correctly and communication back to me was very good

They charged £160 extra for tyres asides the MOT and servicing, and promised they will give me an invoice/receipt for it. However, they were turning me up and down with excuses everyday, their system was down etc and after a week they came out with the truth that they don’t issue receipt or invoices for the tyre. Also when I asked the mechanic the job they did in my car. They couldn’t explain it to me or give me evidence of what they have done during servicing. I would not want to visit Rcg ever again.

Friendly guys. Cracked straight on after running late (no fault of their own, accident on the way). I was informed they were running late by phone call. Both guys did a good job.

The guys were very good and explained everythiung well and also covered what needed to be done next
