I used RCG motors today and they were absolutely brilliant. Communication was excellent and I was immediately informed of the work needed on my car. They collected and dropped off my car. It worked out quite well.

Seemed quite unprofessional arriving over an hour late with no communications. Could barely understand why the diagnosis was so had to ask about 4 times. Was told that my ECU was completely faulty and advised that only Ford could rectify this fault. Was given no paperwork or information from the diagnostics confirming the fault. Took the car to a garage the following day who advised that it was a faulty battery. Battery was replaced there and then for less money than the initial diagnostics. So all in all I wish I had just taken it to a reputable garage in the first place
