Ruben was brilliant from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing at each stage, absolutely zero complaints about the service whatsoever. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for car repairs.
He did all four discs and pads for me, very reasonably priced, great communication and an all round good guy. Definitely a five star service from start to finish which I cannot fault whatsoever!

Ruben was my mechanic through ClickMechanic and he was excellent from start to finish. Clearly very skilled, knowledgeable, and confident in his work.

A couple of issues came up with parts along the way (which can happen with any job/car), but Ruben handled everything professionally and without fuss. The rear brake squeal is now completely gone, and the car feels better than before.

Ruben was great - he kept in touch regarding arrival times and feedback. The fault I reported didn't show up during his visit and he was able to start and move the car, as seen by my husband, but unfortunately the problem returned later in the day, which was not Ruben's fault.

We would be more than happy for Ruben to come back to carry out further work which he identified as needing to be carried on the car.

I can't thank Ruben enough for popping over to see us last night. he was running a bit late but phoned in advance to let us know, so not a problem at all. I had also stipulated that i was only available after 4pm, so any time that evening would have been fine.

I was actually on a fact finding mission, rather than actually seeking a resolution. Ruben spent a very long time with the car and bought a couple of points to my attention, which i will be following up in due course. Most importantly he has put my mind at rest that the car is serviceable and i can use it for the next week, at which point it will be booked into a garage for further investigations.

Reuben was fantastic, he was a bit delayed, no fault of his own, all because of car parts place messing him about, but he kept me informed all the time, and he made a promise he would get my job done, they also never had my part so he phone me to tell me and make sure I was ok with new price, he got to me and worked over his hrs just to get my car done so I could have it in the morning, I really appreciated that, thx Reuben, great job and car all good now, and such a genuine bloke 👍🏻
