Late, charged 50% more than quoted and didn’t even discuss this prior. Had to take the vehicle elsewhere as was unable to complete the work and then left vehicle smelling of oil. Oil change took 3 and a half hours. Crook avoid!

Really a shame to get this rating from a customer after all the work has been completed and the vehicle was left in a hygienic condition with no oil smells.Additional work was carried out and this was discussed with the customer before it was carried out and the customer agreed to go ahead with it.The customer then came back after the job was completed and said there was no discussion about additional work which came with an extra additional charge fee on the job.The customer was advised to discuss this matter with the resolution centre where this situation can and will be resolved.Once again really dissapointing to hear this coming from the customer after all the work has been completed efficiently.
