Lee was really good. This is the second time I have used him.
He kept me informed of progress. I had asked him to check another part as I suspected it needed replacing. He let me know that it did, and advised it was best to do it as the same time, while the Shock absorber was already off, as it would work out less expensive. Very happy with the work he has done. Excellent service, great orices.

Decent enough job on the car, got in to find dash cam disconnected which feels dishonest and suspicious. Arranged for collection/drop off, collection was going to be over an hour late and wasnt informed, had to drive car over myself.

Would 100% recommend this garage to anyone! Lee made us feel at ease and spent time chatting through the service and what to expect ensuring we knew there was nothing to worry about. They were on time and carried out a brilliant service fixing the air con unit. Will definitely look to use the garage again in the future.

This was Redburn MOT and Service Centre, Blyth. I was phoned by the garage before the car was collected and it was explained that the cost might be higher if they had to do any work outside of the repair for which they were engaged. I said that I assumed that would be the case. The car was then collected on a low loader by a very helpful gentleman. The work took the amount of time I expected and I kept in touch by phone to see how things were progressing and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. The car was subsequently returned on the low loader as arranged. All I can say is that from my point of view, things could not have gone any better. There were some additional costs but these were not substantial and I was happy with the additional work carried out as it was clearly necessary. Read more
