This was Redburn MOT and Service Centre, Blyth. I was phoned by the garage before the car was collected and it was explained that the cost might be higher if they had to do any work outside of the repair for which they were engaged. I said that I assumed that would be the case. The car was then collected on a low loader by a very helpful gentleman. The work took the amount of time I expected and I kept in touch by phone to see how things were progressing and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. The car was subsequently returned on the low loader as arranged. All I can say is that from my point of view, things could not have gone any better. There were some additional costs but these were not substantial and I was happy with the additional work carried out as it was clearly necessary. Read more
