William took a look at a car I couldn't see myself, because I live a long way from the car seller. His report was so comprehensive that it allowed me to make the right decision (run a mile from it).
He was so helpful. I was basically looking to replace my current car with another of the same models. Unfortunately that car is no longer being made (not since 2010) and parts are hard to find.
I really didn't know how to go about finding a different car that would suite me. He gave me advice on other types/brands of car that would meet my needs (size, budget, reliable and easily available spares), if I couldn't just buy the same car.

Excellent service. I live 100 miles away from the car I wanted to buy and the report and communication received helped me make my decision and give me some leverage with negotiations.
