William was great, unfortunately, i wasnt able to be there for the pre-purchase check but william called me after and gave me a detailed report as well as an emailed report, very happy with william and the service, i would recommend to friends.

Really helpful and thorough. The phone call was very useful, explaining his assessment gave a pretty clear picture of the car. Very helpful speaking to someone who knows about Japanese cars in particular, so especially knows what to look for - mainly corrosion. The report helped me get some things looked at and fixed included in the sale price - the car is being taken to a garage to investigate the ball joint. Thanks very much William!

William was very friendly, I trusted him and he did a great job, I felt at ease talking to him and he helped me to make a good decision on weather or not to buy the car. As I was unable to see the car before I bought it, having William check it over gave me confidence to buy.
