William was great - during the test the car blew its coolants system so I got the information I requred about the vehicle and Wiliam was brilliant at dealing witht he vendor and explaining what had happend and why - he kepyt the situation calm and objective.

William was great and provided a detailed report promptly. He also discussed further via telephone.

He was great, He gave me good insight into the problem and was able to give ball park figures for repairs.

William was extremely thorough and detailed, very clear and concise, I would be happy to use his knowledge and expertise again

William was excellent, spent a good 30mins talking me through the findings and giving his professional view. Very useful and so glad I spent the money as I am using the outcome to negotiate a much better deal. Report was comprehensive, pictures informative and picked up things I would never have noticed on the visual inspection.

In general, William is very good and patient, coz on that day, car dealer have conflicting schedule. William had to wait and proceeded the car inspection with restrainted time .

The thing is there is nothing showing potential risks in the report about gearbox operation and accelerate. I trusted his inspection and seems good about car inspection report. After buying a used car, I drove from London to York. In the middle of the mortor way, the car is broken and couldn't speed up, which was pretty risky (which just happened after buying this car for 2 hrs). ( William did mention the acceleration though it was not shown in the report, however, he coudn't be able to point out where is the problem, and said probably it was something related to plastic, nothing mentioned about gearbox. .....) It would be improvided if William could give the exact diagnosis. Plus, it's caused a fortune to fix and replace the gearbox, around 2000pounds exclude the towing service in breakdown, which obviously will influence my decision whether its reasonable to buy this car.
