William was very thorough and explain the review very clearly over the phone

William’s passion and knowledge of cars made my experience high quality. He’s knowledgable about a lot of different vans and cars. I’m very happy with my experience. Communication was great. He spoke in a lot of detail about the problems with the van -and put in a lot of extra effort to make sure he was diagnosing the problems correctly. Gave me genuine advice about what to pay for the van. 10/10

Kevin conducted a pre-purchase car check for us. He was absolutely fantastic, issued the report quickly following his checks and offered a follow-up call to discuss the items he found.

William did exactly as I asked and provided a comprehensive report. As testament to his professionalism, the trader, from whom I was buying the car, remarked that William's inspection of the vehicle was far more in-depth and took much longer than the AA or RAC inspections which he has seen in the past.

Really friendly and well detailed inspection and I loved that he called after the inspection I really appreciated it

There are a few issues, I don't know how serious they are, there is no explanation for repairs needed
