Very helpful, and saved us from making a bad decision. Sent photos halfway through inspection which was nice to see the progress. Found issues we wouldn't have known about.

William clearly has good experience and communicated well. William did a great job at short notice. He first called me after the inspection and went through the report highlighting the good and less good things about the car. He also helped by suggesting how to proceed with dealer to make sure I got the car I wanted.
Subsequently I got the written report which let me step back before making a decision on purchase.
Everything was in laymans language and let me make an informed decision.
