I cannot fairly rate punctuality and quality as I could not be there for the inspection. But the inspector's phone call and written report were excellent in terms of clarity of information.

Very happy with the inspection carried out with the 540i. Checked the car thoroughly and provided great advice. Even went a step further and checked the condition of the brake pads of my existing car.

Couldn’t fault the service I received, didn’t even realise this was a thing until a few weeks ago. Was nervous about spending ££ on a new car so to spend circa £100 and know that’s it’s been checked over by someone prior to buying is great and gives you peace of mind. William called me afterwards and went through and explained each point in the report, I highly recommend!

William sent me a very comprehensive report , highlighting the bodywork condition, electronic gliches. I,m glad i got the inspection done as the car was definitely to be avoided.

William was excellent. Polite, very knowledgeable about the car and did an extremely thorough inspection. Was flexible with the car dealer about arrival time and arranged an earlier appointment which was great as we needed the check asap. Rang me straight after and talked through the whole report on the phone so I was able to make an immediate decision. As a woman who knows very little about car mechanics or what to look out for on 2nd hand vehicles, he made everything understandable and I felt I could trust him completely - which is a priceless service.
