William was really friendly and knowledgeable. I was in the position of purchasing my first car which i couldn't reach due to location. Having not used click mechanic before i was a bit sceptical, however this soon faded. William told me in depth about my report as soon as he had completed it and recommended what he would do and answered any queries/worries i had. It was a very good experience and i would use William to carry out a premium inspection or any inspection again!
