William was fantastic! Very thorough with pics and videos of the inspection he did on the S63 AMG for me. Detailed follow up phonically and report too. Won't be buying a car again without this!

Can't praise William highly enough. He saved me a very costly mistake. He was so thorough but he realized that (although unseen) i had already set my heart on this car. He gently led me me to realize that it was not at all what the seller claimed it to be.
Another aspect is that i am so grateful William was the one to meet the seller - who was pretty shirty even over the phone when i rang him to pull out of the sale and had to point out just a few of the problems that William had identified on this supposedly "fault free" car. William was my perfect shield against an aggressive deceptive seller - i cannot thank him enough.

William took a look at a car I couldn't see myself, because I live a long way from the car seller. His report was so comprehensive that it allowed me to make the right decision (run a mile from it).
He was so helpful. I was basically looking to replace my current car with another of the same models. Unfortunately that car is no longer being made (not since 2010) and parts are hard to find.
I really didn't know how to go about finding a different car that would suite me. He gave me advice on other types/brands of car that would meet my needs (size, budget, reliable and easily available spares), if I couldn't just buy the same car.

Excellent service. I live 100 miles away from the car I wanted to buy and the report and communication received helped me make my decision and give me some leverage with negotiations. I have since picked up the car and it's as described and expected. Will definitely use this service again if the time comes.
