Quickly diagnosed the issue with my tensioner. Turns out it was more than just the belt that needed replacing, the bolt holding the tensioner had become bent. It's an obscure part and he didn't have a new one with him, but he was able to straighten the bolt and re-attach the tensioner and fit a new belt - so the car is drivable and I can get the dealer to replace the bolt now. He clearly explained to me the issue and his fix and advised on next steps.

Dawn was communicative and very methodical in diagnosing that the reason why the engine would not fire was due to a faulty petrol pump. Then tested and proved this was the cause of the problem by jury rigging a different pump to the cars fuel system. Very impressive
