He was a great guy, not too sure who came but was very knowledgeable and really helped me out thanks to him loving what he does. Took him no time at all. I just forgot to ask what the exact name of the parts I need were though and I think I’ve done the it the right way so the whole process is very easy.

Volkswagen Transporter Diagnostic Inspection

Mechanic did not contact me when he arrived at the address so did not linspect the vehicle until the following. He brought no tools so did not properly diagnose the fault. £75 for a ten minute inspections is a rip off.

Thank you for your review Mr Stevens however, please note the following.
1. We accepted the time slot of 6-8pm and the mechanic waited at your address for 35 mins without any response and he also couldn't find your van.
2. I spoke to you when you advised me that your van had been parked for months and you were not sure what could be wrong. I specifically mentioned to you that we would only be able to inspect the clutch with limited diagnostic methods and to be 100% sure we would need to take the gearbox off the van.
3. You asked us if we could carry out any further repairs independently which we denied as any further work had to go through the portal.
4. We also mentioned that if this was a hydraulic issue and needed bleeding we may book someone to carry out repairs at your premises but that was not the case and this long wheel base van had to be recovered to the garage.
5. The mechanic highlighted lack of friction in pedal and this would require a 3 pc clutch replacement which needs to be carried out at a workshop.
6. You clearly mentioned that the vehicle had been left for months and did not know what else could be wrong with it.
We try to accommodate matters with best of our ability and can assure you that on this occasion the mechanic coukd not have done anything other than what he specified on his report. If ypu would like to book your van for clutch repairs, please use the portal and one of the garages will pick this job. I hope this gets sorted and ypu get your van back on the road. Best regards.

Nissan Juke Plug-in Diagnostic Inspection

Both mechanics were VERY good, explained what they were doing and why in terms that I could understand. They were both very friendly.
They diagnosed that there was nothing wrong with my car just a glitch in the sensors which had righted it self when the diagnostic machine was put on.
I was very worried that they were going to diagnose all sorts which would have cost me a fortune but they didn't. If I ever have a problem with my car in the future I would use them, for sure.
