For those who understandably suspect that not all 5-star reviews are genuine, this one is. My initial enquiry on ClickMechanic about a clutch master cylinder replacement was on a Saturday, fully expecting to receive a reply on Monday at the earliest. Later that same day I received a call from All in 1 Motors/Sohail setting up the pickup of my car on the Monday and to agree that the initial quoted fee would be slightly higher in order to use genuine parts, which I expected. First thing Monday morning I got a call from them confirming the pick-up and details about the replacement part. Shortly thereafter the very friendly Andy arrived to pick up my car, which was incredibly convenient. Throughout the day several phone calls were exchanged to keep me updated, and when the work was completed later the same day my car was returned in the same condition that it left in, with the part that was removed from the car. He was a great guy, not too sure who came but was very knowledgeable and really helped me out thanks to him loving what he does. Took him no time at all. I just forgot to ask what the exact name of the parts I need were though and I think I’ve done the it the right way so the whole process is very easy.

Mechanic did not contact me when he arrived at the address so did not linspect the vehicle until the following. He brought no tools so did not properly diagnose the fault. £75 for a ten minute inspections is a rip off.
