Going through click Mechanic was an amazing experience all together. Sohail picked up my job and was incredibly accommodating. He kept me up to date, answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like a dud for not knowing much about the workings of a car. I've been taken advantage of when it comes to pricing by other mechanics in the past when they see I'm not as knowledgeable on my vehicle. But Sohails prices where affordable and I didn't feel I was being ripped off. His colleague Adam was also very helpful and kind, adam picked up my car and reassured me it was in the best hands, and it was true! They both went above and beyond my expectations for service and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone and now they have a customer for life. Sohail was fantastic! He kept me updated with what the issues were, how to fix them, and if he could find parts at a cheaper price. It was honestly was the easiest and most straightforward MOT I've ever had.
