Akeil was excellent. Very courteous and willing to discuss the issue prior to arrival, to make sure a diagnostic check was appropriate.

He was very generous with his time and explored multiple causes of the problem. It was a complex issue as the car was starting intermittently but remarkably it started when he tried it. This made it difficult to determine the cause of the problem.

After trying different things. Akeil suggested that the problem was likely the key as he had eliminated all other possible causes.

I have not yet resolved the issue but thanks to Akeil I have an action plan to get it solved.
