Akeil was excellent. Very courteous and willing to discuss the issue prior to arrival, to make sure a diagnostic check was appropriate.

He was very generous with his time and explored multiple causes of the problem. It was a complex issue as the car was starting intermittently but remarkably it started when he tried it. This made it difficult to determine the cause of the problem.

After trying different things. Akeil suggested that the problem was likely the key as he had eliminated all other possible causes.

I have not yet resolved the issue but thanks to Akeil I have an action plan to get it solved.

Super friendly and professional mechanic. Called the day before to confirm booking, advised me of arrvial times the day before, on the day before arrival, and before returning my car back. It was just an AC top up but he gave me plenty of information about the work and where the garage would be. Top professional, no complaints at all. 10/10 would recommend

Couldn't solve a dashboard error but did give me good pointers on next steps.
Overall, I'm happy. Will use again.

It was not useful to spend £100 to find out possible reasons for coolant leaks. I know, coolant leaks are there, even during recovery by RAC, RAC mechanic also said that as well. What I was expecting is that further action, work would be carried out, rather than referring to any garage.

Wastage of time and money.
