Joe was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The sudden loss of power steering occurred while driving but had already resolved itself the day before, but as it was steering it was vital to be reviewed. Sunday morning booking. Joe ran a full diagnostic check that sadly revealed nothing, the belts were fine, fluid level ok .. so no solid info he could work with. Experience came in to play and he suggested it could be an electrical issue, removed corrosion near cables and suggested a 'relay' be replaced as a precaution. Took car for a test drive. Ordered the part immediately for next day arrival. Great service.

Not happy failed mot for oil leak but brought the car back didn’t offer to keep and fix. Said he needed to investigate further to see where the leak is coming from, my car was not leaking oil before at least not to that degree, in the few days after my car returned all the oil leaked out, this is suspicious, now in a garage to fix a major oil leak the mechanic said strange it was not as bad before

Joe arrived promptly. He explained everything without all the jargon and quickly fixed the issue.
He did everything he could and went out of his to turn it around. He even offered to pop back the following morning should the light come back on (as it needed a good run to clear the DPF fully).
