Joe was great! He had a thorough look for the fault. He took the car for a drive. Came back and still tried to find the issue. I said I’d Leena eye on it and after a chat, he said to call him if anything comes back.

Joe was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The sudden loss of power steering occurred while driving but had already resolved itself the day before, but as it was steering it was vital to be reviewed. Sunday morning booking. Joe ran a full diagnostic check that sadly revealed nothing, the belts were fine, fluid level ok .. so no solid info he could work with. Experience came in to play and he suggested it could be an electrical issue, removed corrosion near cables and suggested a 'relay' be replaced as a precaution. Took car for a test drive. Ordered the part immediately for next day arrival. Great service.
