I would like to clarify a few points. On the first day, I attempted to contact you, but unfortunately there was no response to my phone calls or the doorbell (I have evidence of this). As a result, a cancellation fee was applied for that visit
If there are any issues related to my work, I would be happy to come and inspect them. If the issue is due to my work, I will resolve it free of charge. However, if it is not related to my work, a charge may apply.
Regarding your comments and message about charges and refunds, I am unfortunately unable to process these directly, as all payments are handled through ClickMechanic. I kindly ask you to contact them for any payment-related concerns.

I had a very positive first car repair experience with Sheran. As a new driver with a used car, I was a bit stressed about finding a reliable mechanic, but Sheran made me feel safe and confident. He explained everything clearly and showed me what he was doing throughout the whole process. I’ve used the car several times since the repair, and everything is working perfectly.
