Happy with work carried out but have a gripe with charging me £30 for some plastic o rings that cost pennies and nearly got charged twice for the same work.

However, there seems to be a small misunderstanding. The O-rings specially designed for the R1234yf gas system are not standard O-rings, as they are made specifically for that system.
