not happy, could not replace belt, still charged £60 do not understand, why not say that in the first place

Brandon was excellent, turned up on time and finished the job (DS3 wet belt replacement) with his colleague within the guided period, all done at our house, obviously only time will tell how good the work was but it was very encouraging / positive that he specified in advance everything that needed to be done (as outlined by Citroen) without being prompted, that involved a lot more than just "belt and oil" that some others quoted for, not a cheap job but less than Citroen and some others wanted. Thanks
