Brandon was punctual and friendly, quickly fitted a replacement part that he had diagnosed as being the problem on a previous visit, and left us with a working car. Couldn’t ask for more!

Major service and replacement of horn on a Land Rover Freelander 2. All work undertaken successfully, and despite some challenges with the horn (wrong part) it is now working fine after Brandon managed to install a horn (obviously this is an MOT fail so wanted it done ASAP). Brandon was a little bit later than originally scheduled but let me know that he was running a bit late so it wasn't a problem. He was polite and friendly and explained the problem with my car clearly. It needed a new part so he rang me later and explained the options and the timescales so that I could make an informed decision. Very happy with the service so far.
