I don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled to do one on this occasion as Thomas was excellent.
I booked a diagnostic check the evening before my appointment on Saturday 19th July..
I was booked in for 1.00pm-3.00pm. With Thomas from RT Roadside, I received a text from him
45 minutes prior to him arriving bang on 1.00pm
I have had a check engine light coming on intermittently and at least two other mechanics have tried to remedy it without being able to do so.
After doing a number of diagnostic checks including using a smoke machine he managed to find a small air leak in a purge Valve that had already been replaced.
The car is now running perfectly find with no engine lights being displayed.
I'm really pleased with the service, Thomas was very Knowledgeable and explained lots of things in detail.
