Karim was so incredible! He arrived in less than 24 hours from us booking him and really saved us. We couldn't drive our car anymore (the spark plugs needed changing), and as we live remotely and only have one car, we would have been stranded. Our local garage couldn't fit us in for another two weeks. Going forward, we will probably always use Karim!
