Karim was excellent, arrived on time, carried out a full diagnostic and quickly identified the cause. He was knowledgeable and knew detailed specifics about this particular type of landrover engine. Unfortunately due to the repair required (and other unrelated work that also needed doing) it was not economically viable to continue. Karim was very helpful in reaching this decision.
