Paid for 2 hours labour and a new alternator for £340 , the mechanic came and done the job in 40 minutes and the £340 was taken from my account. When I looked at the bill it said £220 for the alternator which costs £140 from euro car parts and £120 for the labour. I emailed click mechanic about returning an hours labour that had been over charged and didn't receive an email back. Putting on 50 percent for a part is boarder line taking liberties, so basically they made the job fit the £340 regardless of what it was actually worth. Yes they done the job as you would expect any mechanic that knows what they are doing would. However I wouldn't use them again based on how exspensive they were and not being honest in how much the job actually cost. Read more

Very happy with the work - Karim knows what he's doing, that's for sure! he fitted a new Starter Motor to my car which was a horrible job to do - hardly any room to work under the bonnet but he managed it brilliantly.
