I wish I knew what service he rendered because he came 18:30pm and by 19:37pm he was done. I don’t think that’s enough time to change the oil filter, drain the old oil and change to a new one, then do a proper service. I understand the weather is cold and it was drizzling but when a service is paid for, I expect a thorough service and show me the service you rendered.

Muhammad was friendly and helpful , he called to say that he was on the way , the only criticism is that he came at 2pm , and the time slot was 12-2pm so right at the very end of the slot , maybe a call to give a bit more accurate time , rather than having to wait and wonder as time was ticking on
