I was Surprised the Full service was completed within 40 minutes that was the quickest one i have ever had for a full service!

He came with the thermostate but didn't replace it. I think he just wanted to charge and leave

I'm not sure why you've left a poor review.

You got it diagnosed somewhere else and they've advised you to change the thermostat with housing which you showed me on Euro Car Parts website to confirm if it's what I'm changing to which I've said no only thermostat which you said you made mistake you wanted to book thermostat housing and I said to you unfortunately we would have to charge a call out fee which you agreed with.

Mo was great, he let me know he was on his way and how long he'd be. Arrived on time, got straight to work and replaced my brake fluid, front discs and pads quickly and efficiently with no issues. He even helped my mum replace the flat battery on her car after he did mine! I would highly recommend, thank you Mo! 😊

Ford Transit Starter motor replacement

Mohammed was polite and got on with the task rapidly.
My van started ok, after fitting a new starter motor. However, when I came to use it, to travel home, the battery warning light was on and stayed on, while driving.
I sent Mohammed a message when I got home but received no acknowledgement or reply.
Next day, I called his number and left a voicemail, asking how this will be fixed, no reply.
Someone else checked problem for me on the 21 June and found the alternator connect wire, had been left off the starter motor, by Mohammed, hence not charging!
This cost me £50 to rectify.

Thank you for your message, and I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced.

I wasn’t aware of the issue until now, and I sincerely apologise that your messages and voicemail went unanswered — that’s not the level of communication we aim to provide.

I’m also sorry that the alternator wire was left disconnected during the starter motor installation. That clearly shouldn’t have happened, and I completely understand your frustration — especially having to pay out of pocket to resolve it.

Please could you send over the receipt or any proof of the £50 charge, and I’ll arrange for that to be reimbursed to you promptly.
