Land Rover Range Rover Velar Timing chain replacement

The work carried out was very good — the car is running smoothly and I can’t fault the quality of the repair.
However, I was disappointed that my request to change the pollen filter wasn’t accommodated. It’s a very quick job (I ended up doing it myself in a couple of minutes), and after spending £1300 on the work, I felt this small favour could have been done.
Overall, the mechanical work was good, but the customer service in that moment left me slightly disappointed. I still wish them the best in their business.
