Excellent job. Brought Mini Countryman in for clutch replacement. Price was excellent and it was finished that same evening. They even dropped the car back to me. Could not be happier. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

The repair was carried out properly, with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.

The work carried out was very good — the car is running smoothly and I can’t fault the quality of the repair.

However, I was disappointed that my request to change the pollen filter wasn’t accommodated. It’s a very quick job (I ended up doing it myself in a couple of minutes), and after spending £1300 on the work, I felt this small favour could have been done.

Overall, the mechanical work was good, but the customer service in that moment left me slightly disappointed. I still wish them the best in their business.
