Despite having paid extra to book a specific time slot he was over two hours late which meant I had to leave my keys on my wheel as I was going out

Jaz was great and went the extra mile. Only complaint was his punctuality, however he was very apologetic and polite. The mechanics were both very friendly, knowledgable and explained everything clearly. Highly likely I will use their services again.

Jaz arrived 6-8. I think he misread 16:00-18:00 for 6-8pm but that was ok. He did do a diagnostics and he did see a problem. I'm dissatisfied because he said didn't explain to me properly what a relay was not did he try to show me as he "didn't have the part". He said I could it myself, but I'm no expert on cars even thought "You can do this yourself". He showed me a video but that was no good. He gave me a number for and auto electrician that could help. I had to research what a relay was and had to research where it was in my car. I realised that there are lots of relays in the fuse box and I don't know which one needs to be changed. I explained to him also that I can't even drive to a garage without the engine cutting out on the way, but he rushed away said and said "Get recovery service to take you to a garage when you break down." He said he would email me stuff and he still hasn't. I didn't leave feeling like he helped and solved my problem, or signposted me to anything. I'm still none the wiser and I have to go to another garage now to do another diagnostics and hope they fix it (and hope I can even get there). Read more
