Im giving the work 4 starts because I paid 1-2 hours labour for a job that took 40mins. However that obviously isn’t an issue with the mechanic- it just means he was super efficienc.
But a reappraisal of the labour charges ,once the work has been done ,would be standard in any other business

Sorry for completing the job so quickly and efficiently. However if you was to go to a main dealer for example a diagnostics they would charge by the hour. For instance £120 per hour and they diagnose the fault within 20 minutes you would still need to pay for for the full hour of diagnosis. Thanks
