The problem I have with the work, was that the battery was replaced but I was told afterwards that the alternator is the problem. So no clue why the battery was replaced, I mean even it was booked in for a battery replacements why bother go ahead with it. So Im not very happy about that.

Hi you had booked in just for a battery replacement. It was carried out and the charging was checked and the alternator is faulty which is not charging the battery. There was the option for you to book to check the charging system for your battery or a diagnostics health check. I completed the work that you had booked which was battery replacement
